Soaking in the bath or in the shower (just be careful of the oils making the tiles slippery) and gently exfoliating your skin with this recipe will be sure to leave your skin feeling soft + hydrated, if you want to get a little fancy adding in some essential oils will take it to the next level. Add this scrub to some honey, avocado or yogurt and use gently on your face, plus it is safe to use on little ones to give them a lymphatic pumping massage, mix up the quantities of each ingredient to reach the desired level of scrubbiness!

Detoxifying + great for digestion. The kick of the cayenne is energising and the ginger boosts circulation, waking you up and getting your blood moving, which in turn brings more oxygen around the body so your body works better! Drink it hot, cool it for a iced tea. Start the day on this recipe, I personally love heaps of ginger for the yummy tingle it gives me, play with your combinations and find what flavours you enjoy the most.
No need to spray nasty chemical laden perfume on, make your own perfume by layering essential oils.
