Do you offer shipping?
No we are sorry,  we do not offer shipping at this stage. We do, however, offer pick up from EAST MAITLAND or NEWCASTLE, we will work with each individual to make pick up as convenient as possible. 

I'm after something different to what I can see online, can I order custom items?
Absolutely - if have a special piece in mind we want to hear from you. Email us at hello@whole-living.com.au at we will see what magic we can create! 

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our ceramics as much as we do. That is why we offer our customers a no worries refund service. If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us for a refund or exchange ~ your choice! All we ask is that you inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the goods within 10 working days from the date you originally received them.
